Coachbox offers a unique approach to zones which allows you to update a users' zones without deleting previous values. This allows you to keep better track of the historical evolution of your athletes' performance and workout zones.
Create workouts using hashtags like #LSD that link back to zones you've set up for your athletes. Or link a segmented workout segment to the zone an athlete needs to execute the segment in. Save these workouts to the workout library and unleash workout scheduling at the speed of light. The system wil automatically show the correct zones to each individual athlete.
Coachbox offers you statistics per workout that show you the time spent in zones, which help you identify if your athletes executed their workouts correctly, but also shows you time spent in zones over longer periods of time.
Create zones for each sport your athlete is active in (e.g. for duathletes or triathletes) and filter the zone list but also all zone statistics by sport. This gives you insight in the progression in each sport.
Add your athletes' zones and Coachbox will automatically calculate proprietary stress scores for your athletes, which will give you insight in potential athelte over- or undertraining, which helps work towards a specific goal and to monitor conditional progression.
